Real Estate Advisor (Customer Service) Sawbuck
As a Sawbuck Advisor, you'll be the first line of communication when consumers reach out to Sawbuck for help with their real estate needs. By phone and e-mail, you'll explain the benefits of our business model and refer customers to our local partner agents and other service providers. You'll then monitor the progress of your referrals and make sure all involved parties are getting the information and support they need.
Residential real estate experience -- preferred but not required
Active real estate license -- preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills -- written and verbal
Lover and user of modern communication tools -- e-mail, IM, smartphone, etc.
Internet savvy and an organization freak
Previous customer service experience a big plus!
Full time position with scheduled hours -- although hours will vary from week to week, with evening and weekends required. Evening and weekend hours can be worked from home.
