What You'll Do
Lots of deals: you'll support your team lead agent and work with your own clients to make offers or list properties. A team of associate agents and transaction coordinators help you focus on getting deals done. You'll have 10 ? 50 clients actively looking for homes; every one of 'em will want to pounce at a moment's notice. We give you all the leads you can handle.
Tour clients: in the slow months, you still do deals, but you're also out in the field, hosting tours for your teammate's clients.
Teach: year round, you're teaching home-buying or selling classes answering questions about how the process works.
Experienced: you're a licensed agent with at least 10 lifetime deals.
Open: Redfin sends your past year's clients our customer-satisfaction survey; you must get a 70% NPS score (basically, that means they were satisfied with your service). For people we hire, we publish the results on your profile.
Smart: you probably have a college degree and certainly can communicate clearly and write well.
Ethical: you live by our values already, and do the right thing- always.
Available: you are committed to working full-time as a Redfin agent. You will have access to our Farmingdale office 7 days a week.
About Your Career
We invest in you, and you invest in us. If you close 30 Redfin deals with 80% NPS, you become eligible to run a team as a team lead agent.
What You Earn
We pay for health insurance for you and your family, computer equipment (iPad and laptop), cell phone plan, mileage, training, MLS dues and continuing education. Finally, you earn a bonus for every happy customer you create.
