TitleReal Time Bidding Integration Manager
DescriptionJob Purpose: Manage integrations with RTB exchanges for inventory types including display, video, mobile... Work across engineering and executive teams to infuse programmatic solutions throughout our business. Responsibilities:
Own the roadmap for all aspects of Vindico?s RTB integrations and update it with input from executives, and other internal/external sources. Integrate RTB end-to-end into Vindico trafficking, ad serving, and reporting.
Monitor the cutting edge in the exchange world, generate strategic new product ideas, and keep relevant individuals abreast of marketplace shifts and provide positioning recommendations (M&A).
Organize requirements, and lead the definition of prioritized deliverables working hand-in-glove with internal (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Product, Media Operations, Engineering, Data Warehouse, and IT), and external (Exchanges) parties.
Work closely with engineering teams (internally & externally) to manage the design, QA, release of your integrations.
Work with Product Marketing and Sales Marketing on collateral and user documentation, including the training of Operations on the use of the product.
Perform other duties as instructed.
RequirementsSkills, Qualifications, education and certifications:
Deep understanding of RTB (including OpenRTB) protocols, cookie matching, private marketplaces (Deal ID), programmatic reserve/direct, and RTB related business requirements (pub exclusions, opt-out, etc). (4 years).
Extensive product management experience and fluency in writing Product Requirement and Design Documents (3 years).
Past success managing complex internet software development cycles, and API/spec integrations, within medium to large organizations.
Technical knowledge of online video and display advertising, and awareness of monetization concepts (2 years). Technical understanding of mobile ad serving ecosystem.
Solid understanding of Ad Networks, Exchanges, Real-time Bidding, Demand Side Platforms, Supply Side Platforms, Data Management Platforms, 2nd price auctions, 1st and 3rd party ad servers, cookies and privacy concerns, etc.
BA/BS, with degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a related discipline preferred.
Emphasis on data-driven decision making, detail-orientation, task prioritization, excellence in planning and organizing, analytical thinking and creative problem solving.
Natural leadership skills, ability to influence others towards desired direction, great written communication skills, empathy, emotional maturity and team work.
