Position Summary:
MarkMonitor is seeking a talented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for our Boise office, who will perform front desk and administrative duties. This is a PART-TIME position (schedule is 10a.m. ? 2p.m., Monday ? Friday).
Essential Position Functions:
Meet and greet visitors
Receive incoming supplies and supervise service personnel when on-site
Collect and distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mail and packages
Order and maintain office and kitchen drink and snack supplies
Answer and direct non direct-dial incoming calls
Meeting preparation: conference room set-up, ordering meals/refreshments
Maintain office in an orderly fashion; tidy up reception area, conference rooms, copier and supply rooms. Maintain office equipment: copiers, faxes
Be a point of contact for building management services and coordinate needs for the suite as requested
Assist with filing, correspondence, data entry, expense reports, making copies, scheduling meetings/appointments/travel arrangements
Completing administrative processes: filing, correspondence, data entry, expense report, making copies, scheduling and planning meetings, appointments, travel arrangements etc
Assist with planning and running office events for employees
Other administrative support as needed to contribute to smooth functioning of the office. May include supporting the other Executive Administrative Assistants/Office Manager as well as travel to off-site locations; bank, post office, copy shop, office supply stores, meeting venues
Requirements and Personal Attributes:
Minimum 2 year?s office based administrative experience
Intermediate proficiency level in MS applications
Professional, positive, can-do approach
Must be a self-starter, team player and have the maturity and flexibility both to follow instructions and to work independently
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Reliable and dependable
A post secondary education or college diploma preferred
