Receptionist / Administrative Support
We are seeking an energetic, assertive, and efficient Receptionist / Administrative Support to join Xactly Corporation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk lobby, handling phone calls/greeting customers and providing administrative support to various departments within the organization. This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in San Jose, CA.
? Demonstrate professional business etiquette and demeanor when greeting guests and managing
the multi-line phone system
? Monitor general and sales voice mail boxes and forward messages to the appropriate staff.
? Complete various projects assigned by our management and sales teams, which may include
mailers, preparing media kits or new hire packets, ordering and setting up meetings, training
sessions and board meetings.
? Efficiently and accurately manage inbound and outbound mail shipments
? Regularly manage & stock the inventory for all office supplies
? Manage and update various company forms such as organizational charts, phone list,
? Order office and break room supplies and maintain tidy and clean work environment.
? Prioritizing projects and completing work accurately and in a timely manner.
? Excel in a fast growing start-up environment with a passion to succeed and take on new
initiatives and tasks as needed
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Experience interacting professionally with corporate business clients
? Outstanding organizational and time management skills
? Experience in managing multi-line switchboard
? Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
? AA/AS plus one (1) year experience preferred.
