Downtown Denver-based Start-up Company seeks a dynamic service-oriented professional who is highly-organized and has experience catering to affluent clientele from around the world. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, the ability to project a professional demeanor and knowledge of office administration.
Responsibilities:
? Manage front reception area, greeting visitors, managing deliveries and inquiries
? Manage scheduling and conference room space ? maintaining all office space
? Manage and maintain files and invoicing with office administration related vendors
? Order office supplies and manage storage inventory
? Shop for snacks and drinks for the company, and manage stocking with kitchen help
? Manage inventory of office supplies and office furniture
? Other administrative duties as assigned
Required Skills: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
Software Expertise - Proven experience in the Microsoft Office Suite; expert in Microsoft Outlook.
Multi-Tasking - Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that all components of each task are properly presented, managed and reported.
Problem Solving ? Must be able to solve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully and efficiently; and work well in problem solving independently.
Communication Skills - Must be able to communicate effectively and in a concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
Adaptability - Adapt to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events, appreciates opportunity to adjust and adapt with growing business.
Qualifications: Candidate must meet the following qualifications:
Four year college degree with aspirations for a career in hospitality
