The Receptionist is responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, telephone calls and messages, as well as a variety of clerical duties that support the operation and presentation of a professional office.
Answers and appropriately routes all incoming calls, and correctly answers inquiries from callers.
Welcomes and monitors visitor access, determines nature of business, issues passes and announces visitors to appropriate personnel
Responsible for the accurately sorting and processing incoming/outgoing mail and package deliveries/shipments
Responsible for scheduling of the conference rooms, as well as the maintenance of rooms in a presentable manner at all times
Assist with catering orders for client and team meetings
Order, organize, and maintain office supplies and office equipment, including scheduling for service when necessary
Coordinate with building management and maintenance to insure that all problems or issues are resolved in a satisfactory and timely manner
Maintain break room by replenishing supplies, maintaining general appearance of area, including cleaning refrigerator and microwaves
Assist administrative staff with travel arrangements, expense reports, special projects, and presentation binding
Other duties as assigned
Intermediate to Advance skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal communication skills and effective decision-making capability
A strong desire to work in a service-oriented capacity
Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
