Wize Commerce is looking for an outstanding Receptionist & Office Manager to support the everyday activities of our office. We're looking to add someone to the team who will greet our visitors (in person, over the phone, or virtually) and is dedicated to making sure day-to-day needs of the facility are taken care of efficiently and reliably. The role requires excellent focus, energy, resourcefulness and attention to detail. As part of our Human Resources team, you will be a key partner in making our company a fantastic place to work! Greeted visitors, got them where they needed to be, and made them feel welcomed to our office
Helped visiting employees from other offices get settled - you assisted in securing a workspace, confirmed that IT had their laptops and WiFi working properly, and showed them around the office and how to use things ranging from the printers to the coffee machines
Received UPS/FedEx deliveries + US mail
General reception duties
Cleaned-up at least one mess in the kitchens or open spaces
Recommended restaurants and activities for out of town guests
Booked hotel rooms and flights for visiting employees
Checked inventory of basic office supplies; reordered as needed
Purchased food and beverages for the kitchens
Answered incoming calls and routed them to the right people
Researched and recommended local caterers for a variety of events
Showed the cleaning crew exactly what we needed cleaned
Paid a few bills
Packed up and shipped out a few other packages
Picked up some office supplies

Manage issues with office & facility vendors
Support others on the Human Resources team with project work
Applicants should have previous experience working in a face-paced job that required a lot of multi-tasking. No day is the same as the previous, so the ability to be flexible and open to change is critical in order to enjoy this job. A few other requirements we seek:
BA/BS Degree
1â€" 2 years receptionist/administrative assistant/office manager experience
Flexibility, adaptability to changing needs and urgent requests
Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
Ability to prioritize and work independently
Organized, efficient and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization
Strong software skills including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
High energy, flexible and ready to take on any task
