THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Clarabridge Administration team strives to deliver the same award-winning Customer Experience to our employees and guests as our product does for our customers. As the Receptionist, you will greet all guests and visitors and assist with general administrative and clerical support in our Reston headquarters.
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources you will have the opportunity to assist in a variety of business operations. You will have a highly visible role in ensuring our visitors have a pleasant and consistent experience every time they visit us. Culture at Clarabridge places a high emphasis on the success of our customers, so you will be prompt, respectful, and have a customer service-oriented attitude.
Greeting customers entering the Clarabridge office; insuring all visitors are badged and the employees with whom they are meeting are notified of visitors? arrival
Connecting interview candidates with recruiters and making sure interviews begin in a timely manner
Answering telephone, screen, and direct calls
Sorting and distributing incoming mail and other packages
Tidying the reception area
General administrative support for employees, including things like sending faxes, ordering food for in-office meetings and events, booking travel, and organizing meetings
Work in a fashion that is consistent with the Clarabridge Culture Code; you will be the first impression of our office and we want you to be a strong ambassador for the company and its employees
You are highly organized and place an extra emphasis on attention to detail
You have polished and professional verbal and written communication skills
You have a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task
You have a strong competency with typical office administrative tasks, such as copying, faxing, managing incoming calls, mail, and deliveries, booking travel, and generally keeping things running smoothly
You possess a positive and helpful attitude; we?re a fast-moving, rapidly expanding company, and we look for people who are willing to roll up their sleeves and pitch in where they are needed
You are able to work in a fast paced environment with ever changing priorities and deadlines
