Receptionist/Sales Administrator - Temp to Perm (Part-time) Lumeta

The ideal candidate will manage the front desk and will be the general go-to person for all company departments. This individual will work closely with all levels of the organization. This position requires great ability to multi-task, excellent organizational and communication skills. The hours for this position are 9:00am to 2:30pm (Monday-Friday).
Primary responsibilities for this position include:
Manage general office duties such as answering the telephones, distributing mail, filing, and faxing, ordering supplies, etc
Data entry to include Accounts Payable and Employee Expense reports
Enter journal entries in the accounting system
Assist in mass mailings including mail merges, labeling, and list maintenance
Maintain and update Sales CRM tool
Other duties as assigned
The following qualifications are required for this position:
High School diploma
Strong MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word skills
Excellent verbal and written skills
Excellent organizational and follow through skills
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool experience desired
Ability to multi-task
Team-oriented and self-starter
