About the job:
The role of Receptionist at Twilio HQ is integral to both the administrative and recruiting teams. As the first person visitors meet when coming to the office, the Receptionist sets the stage for every guest's experience. In addition to the traditional greeting guests and notifying hosts part of the role, the Receptionist will also be responsible for tracking all incoming and outgoing packages, assisting with internal company events, and providing help on a variety of administrative tasks.
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, answering or referring inquiries and notifying hosts.
Helps to maintain security by monitoring guest sign-ins and badging.
Keeps a safe, clean and friendly reception area.
Coordinates mail and package flow in and out of the office, including FedEx/UPS.
Assists with in-office meet-ups, events and large meetings, greeting guests and arranging catering when necessary.
Maintains swag and refrigerator inventory in lobby.
Assists administrative staff when needed with a variety of shipping, data entry, scheduling and other clerical tasks.

You love meeting new people and making them feel welcome.
You are well spoken and professional.
You are quick to jump to the aid of someone who needs assistance.
