This position requires a very dynamic person who will fit in to a very fun and fast paced environment and has the ability to wear many different hats. You will be the face and voice of our office and will need to welcome visitors; answer incoming phone calls; assist with the coordination of office activities; demonstrate a positive and professional attitude; possess strong verbal, oral, and written communication skills.
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments with flexibility and the ability to multitask.
Possession of strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of basic Microsoft programs (i.e.: Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
Skill to communicate effectively with customers, and fellow employees
Impeccable work ethic
Answer incoming calls, and direct the call to appropriate personal in a timely manner
Receive, and distribute incoming company e-mails/faxes
Restocking of all kitchen supplies daily
Helping with additional projects that may arise with any department
Coordinate weekly office activities
Cleaning of conference rooms daily
Hours are Mon -- Fri 8:00AM -- 5:00PM
