This role will be working with a fast paced group of managers in a rapidly growing company with offices from coast to coast. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and support tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be well organized, service-oriented, and flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a diverse management team located in multiple offices. Must have the ability to comfortably interact with staff at every level of the organization, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Confidence, the ability to produce very clear and correct written documents, presentations, spreadsheets and attention to detail are equally important. The role is pivotal in helping the company grow and succeed. This is accomplished through ensuring that the executive management team is effective and efficient and that communications to and from the executive team is clear and focused.
Receive telephone calls, greet visitors, and respond to routine and nontechnical requests for information Experience scheduling travel arrangements for management A service mindset, helping to set an example for others, working to elevate our clients and our staff who support our clients Experience organizing company events and employee recognition programs An ability to engender and maintain absolute confidence within the team, handling extremely sensitive information related to employees, finances, customers, investors and company strategies Maintain a variety of office records and files Determine supplies needed for the office staff and distribute supplies once received Prepare necessary paperwork, review and summarize reports and documents Assist the team with preparation of presentation materials to clients, investors and acquisition targets Performing general copying, faxing, mailing etc. Ensuring that office equipment is in functioning order Provide administrative support as required
Experience in a sales & marketing professional services environment Bachelor?s degree preferred Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Technologically savvy, with ability to work effectively remotely from the office whenever needed Effective business writing and composition skills Ability to analyze and solve problems Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Outstanding oral and written communications skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to adapt to a continually changing work environment Attention to detail
