MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure compliance with OPM's Guide to Personnel Recordkeeping.
Develop and implement records systems, perform quality review checks, and audit of HR systems of record and eOPFs.
Collate and assemble documents in accordance with the Guide to Personnel Recordkeeping.
Review OPFs/eOPFs purging unnecessary documentation; documenting records appropriately and transmitting to the Federal Records Center.
Conduct quality review checks of scanned eOPF records to ensure files are complete, up to date, and readable.
Establish, organize, and maintain various personnel documents and files for scanning and uploading to electronic OPF (eOPF).
Review, correct, make required edits and prepare finalized documents required for scanning and disposition in accordance with Records Management and Guide to Personnel Recordkeeping using various software applications related to eOPF and scanning.
Provide excellent customer service to HR staff and agency employees, managers, and supervisors
Bachelor's Degree+3 years' experience, or 6 years' experience without bachelors.
Experience must include maintenance of OPFs and eOPFs in a federal government environment.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
