The Role:
The APAC Recruiter is responsible for identifying and attracting the high talent candidates who can help our business grow through the next stage of development. Based in Singapore, the successful candidate will be working with the APAC hiring managers on all aspects of the execution of search assignments across all business units/disciplines and across all of our geographic locations. You will manage the full life cycle of the recruitment project, from specification to candidate on-boarding.
Tasks will include:

• Developing research strategies
• Telephone and desk-based research on industries, companies and executives
• Identifying and contacting potential candidates across the entire APAC region
• Advising hiring managers and staffing management on market trends and relevant candidates
• Participating in interviews and hiring manager de-briefings
• Execution of recruitment delivery from Job description to successful candidate on-boarding
