Bridgevine is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and experienced Recruiter to be based out of our office in Alpharetta, Georgia. This individual will creatively find, recruit, and hire top-tier talent for our growing company.
The Recruiter will work with our Managers to determine immediate and long term recruiting needs, work with our Business Development personnel to understand future needs and target strategic hires and develop a company-wide comprehensive recruiting strategy to ensure the ongoing and future talent demands are met. Fast pace, heavy workload, changing priorities, demanding clients are part of the environment. Work is generally of a critical, time-sensitive or confidential nature. This position requires a high level of organization, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in order to meet deadlines. This position will report to the HR Director.
The Recruiter will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the company. Some of the responsibilities are as follows:
? Develop and maintain a company-wide comprehensive recruitment strategy. This includes job posting optimization, identifying new recruiting channels, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning and targeting strategic hires.
? Identify and source appropriate talent for current needs.
? Identify future talent needs and proactively recruit and develop a talent pool.
? Coordinate the recruitment process and life-cycle, including assessments, interviews, and offers determined by the hiring Manager.
? Counsel candidates on company benefits, salary, and company environment.
? Provide recruitment advice and guidance to managers with hiring and employment data.
? Manage participation in employment events, such as career fairs, university recruiting and co-op programs.
? Use applicant tracking systems to track applicants from the selection process through to on-boarding.
? Use social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other means to source candidates.
? Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms.
? Bachelor?s degree or experience to off-set degree.
? Must have technical recruiting background.
? 4+ years of solid experience as a Recruiter.
? Developing, implementing and championing creative ?out-of-the-box? recruiting strategies a plus.
? Strong oral and written communication skills.
? Strong organizational skills.
? Demonstrated ability to meet recruiting metrics/targets.
? Ability to thrive under pressure, in a high performance, fast paced, metrics-driven environment, with a strong attention to detail.
? Must be able to successfully handle a high volume of requisitions concurrently.
? Ability to multi-task and work in a growing environment.
? Thorough knowledge of employment law, EEO, and Affirmative Action.
? Travel required.
