Volusion hired 150+ Volusioneers in 2012 and we are continuing our growth in 2013. We?re looking for a recruiter who exemplifies our brand and is looking to be part of our expansion. This recruiter will focus on hiring top talent for Volusion's growing teams. Ideal candidates will have experience hiring for variety of roles including Marketing, Development and Finance.
Responsible for ensuring hiring meets forecast expectations.
Develop, implement and maintain a quality candidate experience.
Screening and interviewing applicants.
Proactively identify top talent through creative sourcing techniques and relationship building.
Identify/evaluate candidates? strengths compared with Hiring Managers? requirements.
Partner with Hiring Managers to define the positions and clearly understand needs of the team and how it contributes to the organization.
Outline expectations for the interview process and assists the hiring team in selecting the best qualified candidate for the position.
Complete necessary pre-employment process including reference and background checks.
Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting ?best practices?.
Find active and passive candidates using proactive sourcing methods, hiring events, and social networking to find top candidates for current and future opportunities.
Foster relationships with active and passive candidates.
Manage offer process and overcomes typical objections including salary, career growth, counter offers and gains candidate?s commitment.
5+ years in a recruiter role, preferably with a technology company
Strong interpersonal skills
Leadership qualities and proven track record
Knowledgeable of employment laws and human resources
Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
Computer proficiency, including MS Office and expert internet knowledge.
Jobvite experience is a plus
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience
