As a Recruiter at Volusion, you are responsible for engaging top talent to work at Volusion. You are responsible for sourcing, screening and guiding candidates through the interview and offer process. Candidate experience is very important to us. Our roles vary from finance, support to development so you will need to multitask and get things done efficiently. You will work closely with your hiring managers as the subject matter expert for hiring.
Responsible for ensuring hiring meets forecast expectations.
Maintain a quality candidate experience.
Screening and interviewing applicants.
Proactively identify top talent through creative sourcing techniques and relationship building.
Identify/evaluate candidates? strengths compared with Hiring Managers? requirements.
Partner with Hiring Managers to define the positions and clearly understand needs of the team and how it contributes to the organization.
Outline expectations for the interview process and assists the hiring team in selecting the best qualified candidate for the position.
Complete necessary pre-employment process including reference and background checks.
Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting ?best practices?.
Find active and passive candidates using proactive sourcing methods, hiring events, and social networking to find top candidates for current and future opportunities.
Foster relationships with active and passive candidates.
Manage offer process and overcomes typical objections including salary, career growth, counter offers and gains candidate?s commitment.
What's in your arsenal:
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years in a recruiter role, preferably working on technical positions
Savvy with new technology and trends
Strong interpersonal skills
Leadership qualities and proven track record
Knowledgeable of employment laws and human resources
Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
Computer proficiency, including MS Office and expert internet knowledge.
