This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to utilize his/her recruitment skills in a fast paced, dynamic company. The recruitment team is small, so we are looking for a hands-on Recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience who can fill positions with little direction while our Recruiter is on leave. Because WideOrbit is a fast growing company, we need a Recruiter that will enjoy working on the diverse positions we have open. Our positions typically include candidates with software engineering or broadcast media skills.
Here is what you will be doing:
Manage the full recruitment cycle for our 6 locations and multiple brands/departments across the country.
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills and experience related to position requirements.
Headhunt candidates through all means; including social media and networking with employees and candidate base to build a pipeline of viable candidates.
Strategize with hiring managers about job requirements, job descriptions, postings, and recruitment plan.
Draft job descriptions for new requisitions and edit previously created job descriptions.
Maintain accurate data in SuccessFactors, our applicant tracking system.
Perform candidate reference checks.
Maintain strong and consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout recruiting process.
Hereis what we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in related field.
5+ years of recruiting experience ? both at a recruitment agency as well as in house is strongly preferred.
Experience within a technology or media company is highly preferred.
Knowledge of the social networking space and creative recruiting techniques.
Strong interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to keep information confidential and commitment to produce high quality work.
Must be extremely organized, flexible and creative with strong problem solving and analytical skills
This position is based in our San Francisco office which is located in Levi?s Plaza.
The compensation range is flexible and will depend upon the experience. This is a contract position with WideOrbit for approximately 4 ? 5 months. Please feel free to submit salary requirements with your application.
