This Recruiter will help contribute to the success of Demand Media's strategic staffing goals. They will attract, develop and retain a high quality diverse workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with business partners to understand strategic business objectives and organizational design in order to develop strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Foster relationships with potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Ensure that candidates have a highly positive experience during the recruitment and selection process.
- Identify focused recruitment strategy
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process
- Proactively identify and implements effective sourcing strategies. Continuously builds and sustains a high quality diverse candidate pipeline.
- 5 years experience in a high growth, fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Strong candidate assessment skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to influence, consult and negotiate
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills
- Organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, applicant tracking systems (Jobvite a plus) and the Internet as a recruitment resource
- Ability to generate candidates
