Recruiter (Contract to Full-Time Position)
Position is based in San Francisco
Bringing in great talent is crucial to the growth of Sunrun. And we are looking for a service oriented Recruiter to join Sunrun?s Talent Acquisition team. You will be a "utility player" taking on a multitude of hiring teams across multiple departments, including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Retail Sales (to name a few).

1-4 years of in-house recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for non-technical teams (sales, marketing, operations, etc)
Highly organized, and experienced at managing a high volume requisition load effectively
The Most Qualified Candidates will?
Have extensive experience hiring top caliber marketing, retail sales and/or operations talent;
Be creative and realistic, as well as results-driven and business savvy with a strong customer service orientation;
Be able to adjust easily in a dynamic environment and have passion for the company and your craft. You should know the market, understand business strategy and priorities, and be able to build and grow talent networks;
Have experience using LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social recruiting platforms;
Have experience in utilizing search engine tools and boolean search operators/strings, competitive intelligence research, targeted company cold-calling, and cutting-edge sourcing techniques to identify sales talent;
