Zillow is aggressively growing and we are looking to hire a bright, driven, and energetic contract Recruiter. The Recruiter will work closely with a Senior Recruiter to help us fill various positions on our technology team. If you are early in your recruitment career, this is an awesome learning opportunity.
This position is a contract-to-hire role.
Own recruitment process including recruitment coordination for variety of technical and non-technical positions
Act as a brand ambassador of Zillow and help create awareness of our hiring needs in the community; represent Zillow at career fairs as needed
Identify creative sourcing channels/events to find great talent for Zillow through to closing candidates
Run a flawless process from first contact through onboarding - we are very high-touch in our approach to sourcing, interviewing, and the offer process.
Maintain performance metrics and share with our leadership team as needed
1+ years of fast-paced recruiting experience preferred; previous sourcing experience is required
Self-directed, super detail-oriented, problem solver, quick learner, and very high bias for action
Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to change, and effectively prioritize work
Great communication skills both written and verbal and very numbers driven
Excellent people skills and super flexible, as we have a very nimble process
Loves working and being a part of a tight-knit team ? casual, fun, and very collaborative
Utilizes social media channels creatively
Bachelor's degree highly preferred
