As a recruiter in our Agent Service business, you?ll play a vital role in our Agent Recruitment team drawing upon your background recruiting in a high-volume environment. Working with cross-functional business partners and team members, you will develop recruitment plans including writing and optimizing opportunity descriptions, applicant filtering questions, identify assessment needs, email campaigns, post positions, and engage applicants using various channels.
In this rewarding role, you will get the pleasure of recruiting work from home independent contractor agents for a variety of different programs.
Partner with program managers to create recruiting plans
Research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting
Meet all recruiting goals
Develop communications for use with pre-applicants and applicants
Ensure applicants are prepared for their designated programs and informed of all deadlines and requirements
Increase throughput in sourcing
Report and track results, and communicate to all stakeholders
Continually evaluate and adapt recruiting plans to improve performance
Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary
Desired Skills & Experience
3+years of experience as a recruiter in a high-volume environment
Experience recruiting for Call Center positions for either a virtual or brick and mortar company is desired
Superb communication skills both verbal and written (a must)!
Social media savvy
Experience using Application Tracking Systems
An ability to modify recruitment strategies to meet the needs of different programs and agent needs
A demonstrated ability to perform in a fast paced, high-volume recruiting environment
Excellent people and relationship-building skills
Work well in a team environment and as an individual
High degree of integrity and ethical behavior in all business activities and decisions
Self-starter and creative problem-solver
Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and follow through
Comfortable with taking on and driving to conclusion multiple concurrent projects
