Oversees the recruiting and hiring responsibilities of the Human Resources department. The Recruiter will work with a team of Hiring Managers. To be great in this role, you will need to use your skills to create fantastic job postings, research, network with passive candidates, work closely with Hiring Managers, and create robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest talent. It is a fast-paced role, on a fun and cohesive team. The Recruiter will provide overall support within the HR department and for the overall Qpay organization.
Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Recruiting for requisitions across the business as assigned
Work with the Hiring Managers to understand the broad job requirements and terminology of the group to allow for quality screening of prospective employees
Coordinate and communicate campus recruiting efforts plus promote newly college graduates and internship programs across all groups
Source qualified candidates through a variety of avenues including employee referrals, social networks, special interest groups and job postings
Maintain website job postings and applicant tracking data
Interview candidates to identify goals, achievements, strengths and weaknesses to make the best match to internal teams.
Qualify and recommend candidates that meet our unique cultural requirements and fast paced environment
Schedule candidate screenings and interviews
Conduct background and drug screening
Extend and negotiate offers
Develops job descriptions and analyzes salary surveys. Monitor internal equity and market competitiveness and generate reports as needed
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers.
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates that extend into employment
Partner with outside vendors, as required, to work on open requisitions
Partner with Hiring Managers to improve overall effectiveness of recruiting
Enhance social recruiting effectiveness utilizing social media, such LinkedIn Facebook and Twitter
Continually find new ways to leverage iCIMS to develop talent pools
Other responsibilities as assigned as an HR specialist
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience required
Exceptional understanding of social media for sourcing passive candidates
Strong interpersonal skills
Must be proficient with ADP Workforce (HRB/Payexpert/EZlabor)
Must be proactive, creative, detail-oriented, self-directed and able to juggle multiple tasks
Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a team environment
Ensures the integrity of the data in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
Ability to excel in a fast paced, high volume operation with tight deadlines and high customer service expectations and interact with senior management.
Strong computer skill including Microsoft Office and fully integrated applicant tracking system
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position
