Evolve Media is currently hiring an in-house Recruiter to oversee its internal staffing needs at its Corporate Office in Los Angeles, CA.
Perform full life-cycle recruiting administration and execution throughout the company?s key divisions including CraveOnline, TotallyHer, SpringBoard and Crowd Ignite.
Partner with hiring managers assessing their recruiting and business needs, and hire professionals to increase the talent level across the organization.
Drive regular recruiting meetings to discuss awareness of creative and innovative sourcing strategies and work closely with team to develop optimal approach.
Clearly define position requirements and recruiting process. Recommend interviewing, hiring and retention techniques as appropriate.
Additional responsibilities include: on-boarding, orientation, management of visa(s) as needed, benefit and procedural inquiries and other ad hoc projects within HR group.
3-5+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting; digital experience is a major plus.
Proven experience working with all levels of leadership, multiple disciplines, and within a geographically dispersed organization.
Strong knowledge of key recruiting methodologies: sourcing, selecting candidates, negotiating, interviewing and screening, and complying with appropriate state and Federal regulations.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and conditions; ability to be collaborative, cross-functional, and strong knowledge of industry and technology trends.
General knowledge of HR functions such as on-boarding, compliance, conflict resolution and training is a plus.
