Job Description
ChannelAdvisor is seeking an energetic Recruiter who loves working in a fast-paced environment and is always on the hunt for the best and brightest! This role will work closely with the Recruiting Manager and hiring managers to develop strategies for finding and sourcing national and international technical talent.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow (Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, other social media).
Identify potential candidates through the use of Boolean searches, networking, and sourcing.
Call and screen technical candidates and assist them through the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals.
Present ChannelAdvisor?s value proposition in a compelling manner.
Required Skills
2-5 years of recruiting and sourcing experience across multiple disciplines including technology, marketing, customer support and sales.
BS or BA preferred.
Superior oral and written communication skills at all levels, including interpersonal skills, phone skills, and interviewing skills.
A balance of corporate and agency experience preferred.
Strong team player that loves to bring new ideas to the table.
Prior experience maintaining applicant tracking systems.
Must have experience utilizing non-traditional and traditional sourcing and talent identification means.
Driven to produce results in a fast paced and fluctuating environment.
International recruiting experience
