Position Profile
LRN has a unique opportunity for an outstanding candidate to contribute to the mission, as a Talent Enlistment Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
? A deep connection to the mission and the skills to recruit for culture fit are essential!
? Conduct recruiting activities such as resume mining and initial interviews with potential candidates. Routing all qualified resumes to the appropriate hiring mentors or senior recruiter, coordinate interview schedules between hiring mentors, and manage the hire process for selected candidates, including feedback during the interview process
? Coordinate employment activities through direct recruiting, networking efforts with business groups/associations, approved employment agencies/vendors by facilitating the qualification discussions
? Coordinate and facilitate community recruiting activities such as job/career fairs, College /University events, open houses, and developing corporate recruiting materials/packages for these activities
? Provide recruiting knowledge and experience supporting affirmative action plans (AAP); through proper candidate assessment on the basis of an interview, identifying the right person for the right ob or function, provide equal opportunity in hiring
? Performs other related duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
The duties and responsibilities described above are the essential functions of the job. The qualifications below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
? 4-7 years of professional full life cycle recruiting experience from a corporate environment with emphasis on direct sourcing
? Direct knowledge and experience coordinating and facilitating community recruiting activities such as Job/Career Fairs, University/College Career Events, and Corporate Open Houses
? Strong knowledge and experience supporting corporate affirmative action plans (AAP) in the recruiting/hire process
? Experience with an applicant tracking system (Ceridian preferred)
Essential Skills
? Must have excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills, interfacing with all levels of Management
? Requires very good organizational and detail-oriented skills
? Ability to prioritize tasks and projects and to successfully handle multiple demands simultaneously
? Must be customer service focused
? Needs to be process oriented with excellent follow through skills
? Must have high energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
? Requires flexibility
? Needs to be a self-starter with strong initiative
? Needs to be able to work in a team oriented environment
Essential Educational Background & Experience
? Bachelor degree (BA/BS) or equivalent is required
? Strong PC experience with MS Office such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
