THE POSITION
The Recruiter will source, identify and hire the most talented and driven candidates in the market for a variety of technical/engineering positions, as well as sales, sales support and operations roles, across our entire organization. He/she will act as a brand ambassador - engaging candidates with our products, team and culture, and finding the best of the best to build the Medialets team.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Medialets is searching for an experienced Recruiter to hunt for and to capture the best talent for NYC?s coolest and fastest growing mobile ad tech firm. This position demands a creative thinker, with initiative and interpersonal savvy. The successful candidate will be responsible for all stages of the recruiting process ? from outreach to closing.
This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic start up in the rapidly growing mobile advertising space.
REQUIREMENTS
Activities include identifying candidates; building and sustaining relationships with department leaders and candidates alike; facilitating the interview process including offer recommendation, creation, and offer acceptance; providing recruitment guidance; growing the Medialets team with quality, professional employees; helping to develop and implement best practices with regard to employee compensation, evaluation, training, retention and career development.

You are organized and effective ? guiding candidates through the recruitment process, keeping the process moving and closing the deal quickly.
You have significant experience working with multiple hiring managers to identify and develop the best pitches to harness the best talent.
People are drawn to you. You can engage prospective candidates with a compelling story and can influence hiring managers when you believe the fit is right.
You are entrepreneurial and driven; you like a challenge, and don?t need a lot of direction. You like to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
MORE ABOUT YOU
Minimum of 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experiences, preferably with a high-growth technology company
Experience recruiting technical/engineering positions, as well as sales, sales support and operations roles
Knowledgeable of current recruiting strategies, trends and practices
Ability to work in a team environment, with multiple hiring managers, and able to manage a high volume of candidates
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on confidentiality and tact
Proficiency with Jobvite (or comparable applicant management system)
Undergraduate degree required
