Find and attract the best talent for Phreesia.
Develop strong relationships with candidates, understanding their needs and helping them find a fit at Phreesia.
Keep candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process.
Keep key stakeholders apprised of and involved in work by communicating information and status to hiring managers and team members, coordinating work cross-functionally and influencing peers and/or managers.
Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change and seeking out additional responsibilities.
Track record of finding top talent and closing candidates.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on telling the story of working at Phreesia and why it?s great!
Proven ability to build strong, lasting and productive relationships.
Track record of taking personal accountability and exceeding goals.
A curious mind dedicated to searching for better, more creative and effective ways to achieve best results for the business.
Bachelor?s Degree required
