Recruiter, Partner Program Redfin
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Redfin is looking for a passionate recruiter who can help us find great real estate agents to partner with Redfin as a part of Redfin?s Agent Referral Program. You?re not recruiting people to work for Redfin, you?re recruiting agents who will work with Redfin?s customers. We?re committed to finding the right people, who in a sales-driven industry do what?s right for the customer, and not just what?s right for their wallet. You?ll focus on the customer-service organization; getting us the perfect real estate professionals for our rapidly growing company.
Here?s what you?ll do:
Find candidates: utilize programs put in place by our Recruiting Manager to attract qualified candidates with skills and behaviors we want to be successful with Redfin.
Market the company: identify local events to attend and seek out additional avenues for advertising and exposure.
Screen and organize: we?ll need you to pre-screen candidates, assess whether they?re in-line with our values, and setup interviews.
Manage the pipeline: you?ll need to be proactive about keeping things organized, militant about procedure, and reliable on follow-through for every candidate.
To succeed in this role you'll need to be:
Personable: You know (or can learn) the lingo for talking to a real estate agent and you've got a knack for getting people to talk to you even if they initially may not be interested. You've got a thousand LinkedIn connections and almost as many Facebook friends. You treat the people with respect ? including those we don't end up hiring.
Experienced: a minimum of two years as a recruiter with a history of results and proven performance, preferably in the real estate industry. You listen carefully to what our teams really need and identify the winning candidates. You pride yourself on quality, not quantity, and you try to make the process efficient for everyone, not just yourself.
A salesperson: You really know how to sell a job, make sure the candidate has the best experience possible, and see the recruiting process through to the very end.
Wicked at sourcing: you?re a pro with Boolean searches, a sleuth at finding out where the talent lives, and aren?t afraid to cold call.
Educated: you?ve got a college degree, can communicate and write well and are sharp as a tack at grasping new things. Plus, you?ve got this internet thing dialed and are familiar with online recruiting methods. Word, Excel, PPT are second nature to you.
