Power Equipment Maintenance, located in Piedmont, SC is seeking a results oriented, highly motivated, individual to join our Recruiting Department. The Recruiter will perform high volume recruitment efforts to identify and attract candidates for our exempt and non-exempt positions. The role requires daily cold calling for candidates; and the use of aggressive internet research to source candidates for a wide variety of positions throughout the organization. EOE-M/F/V/D/AA
Responsibilities:
?Develops and implements sourcing strategies for applicants using internet sourcing, job fairs, and professional associations.
?Screens and interviews candidates adhering to EEO and ADA guidelines.
?Participates in job fairs, open houses, and recruitment events
?The ability to creatively source candidates
Qualifications:
?Minimum 5 years directly related recruiting experience
?Prior knowledge and experience recruiting candidates from the Utility & Nuclear industry preferred.
?Proven ability to develop creative recruiting strategies in a high volume recruiting environment.
?Strong analytical and assessment skills.
?Results oriented able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
?HS Diploma at a Minimum, AS or BS degree preferred
?Proven ability to work both solo and in a Team environment
?Computer skills to include Word and Excel
?Ability to work overtime on weekends as required
?Proven ability to be able to multi-task
