Overview:
iCrossing is growing rapidly and we are looking for the right person to help us grow! Our Talent Acquisition team is currently looking for a contract / contract to hire recruiter. At iCrossing, helping our clients become a connected brand means that our recruiters find the best of the best in Media (Display, Paid Search, Natural Search), Technology (User Interface Engineering and backend development), Creative (Copy, Design and User Interface Design) and Strategy (Social, Market Research and Analytics) to name just a few disciplines.
Our Hiring Managers have openings for multiple disciplines and across geographical regions. This role may be right for you if you can answer yes to three or more of the following questions:
1) I have experience recruiting for digital marketing agencies across disciplines for the past 3 years
2) I love working with Creative and / or Technical talent in a digital marketing atmosphere
3) I pretty much know "everyone" in Los Angeles OR NYC that is involved in Digital / Interactive Marketing
4) I can separate wheat from the chaff in paid search - Can that candidate really handle V Lookup, do they know what is involved in building a keyword list for a $50k+ month account?
5) I know what a PM (project manager) does on a marketing website development project
6) I pride myself on following through with all candidates ? I never leave someone hanging?.
Responsibilities:
Manage 10-15 open, full time requisitions encompassing multiple departments and disciplines.
Development of recruitment strategies based on the requirements of open requisitions and hiring managers.
Manage candidates through full life cycle recruitment process. Consult, source, identify, qualify, present, coordinate, follow-up, disposition.
Candidate sourcing: national, local and niche job postings; trade, regional and local associations; industry networks and tradeshows; recruitment networks; candidate databases, employee referrals and social networking.
Prequalify or pre-screen candidates for presentation to hiring managers.
Coordinate interview schedules
Identify, discuss and negotiate candidate compensation requirements.
Maintain requisition and applicant activity and status in iCims per regulatory and company guidelines.
Manage third party recruiters as necessary.
Provide weekly recruiting metrics and updates to HR team and client groups
Qualifications:
5+ years of exempt level recruiting focusing on Digital Marketing disciplines (SEM (Paid /Natural Search), Web Technologies, Digital Strategy, Creative (design, User Experience and Copy writing / content strategy )
Proven ability to establish relationships teams across disciplines
Ability to multi task under tight deadlines with a tendency toward over communication
Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize. We do not wait until tomorrow if it can be done today!
Highly organized and detail oriented
Bachelor?s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience with iCims a huge plus
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong business acumen: professional communication skills, both oral and written.
