Jawbone is looking for a Recruiter for our San Francisco, CA office to drive the recruiting process in order to hire top talent throughout our organization. We are looking for a Recruiter with strong experience in recruiting all types and levels of talent in a fast-paced and growing environment.
Core Responsibilities:
? Provide full life-cycle recruiting for our non-engineering departments (Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc).
? Actively recruit the best talent, work with user groups, network within the industry, and utilize online social networking resources to conduct true outbound sourcing.
? Manage third party contingency recruiters.
? Act as first line of communication between candidates and hiring managers and manage the entire interview process from initial screen to on-boarding the ideal candidate.
? Track candidates, workflow, sourcing data and screening information and maintain recruiting metrics for reporting purposes within JobVite.
? Deliver results with limited supervision, and effectively manage multiple projects and candidates in a fast paced envrionment
? Use non-traditional, creative recruiting methods for the hard to find candidates.
? Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (JobVite) and provide reporting as requested.
Requirements:
? 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, both in-house and agency experience preferred
? At least 2 years of experience in a start-up envionment, consumer product experience preferred
? Proven track record of reaching the top-talent for challenging roles and closing the deal
? Ability to respond quickly, prioritize and deliver results under pressure
? Ability to communicate across all levels of the company and with all levels of candidates
? Well developed network of industry professionals in all types of roles.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Experience with JobVite a plus
