We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to help us to ?fill our bus? and continue to grow our talented team. This position will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for assigned teams, across all functional areas. This is presently a 6 month contract opportunity and will report into our HR Business Partner. You will be working in our Westminster, Colorado office.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Client Partnerships. Partnering with hiring managers to find best candidates for identified roles, creating recruitment plans and strategies, maintaining constant communication and setting appropriate expectations.
Pipeline Management. Managing active, passive and future candidate pipeline.
Creative Sourcing. Directly sourcing top talent from DLX database, internet job boards, employee referrals, social networks, industry events, university career fairs, etc.
Candidate Workflow. Reviewing candidate submittals, engaging with candidates and remaining connected throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
Recruitment Workflow. Managing entire DLX staffing process for assigned teams, with support from Recruiting Coordinator, including: Job posting, kick-off meetings, sourcing, interviewing, debrief meetings, reference checks, background checks, offer management and negotiation.
Applicant Database Management. Updating and working in our Jobvite applicant tracking system.
Skills and Qualifications
5+ years corporate recruiting for a complex, entrepreneurial business
3+ years experience recruiting for go-to-market and sales teams
Bachelor?s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
Proven internet search and sourcing capabilities
Proficiency in applicant tracking software (Jobvite, Taleo, iCims, OpenHire)
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and maintain sense of urgency in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent facilitation, problem solving, relationship building
Strong self-direction, initiative and determination to get the job done
An eye for detail
Unquestioned integrity
Teamwork, collaboration and a passion for customer service
Ability and desire to embrace and manage change and ambiguity effectively
