Provide professional, full, and comprehensive administrative services and project support for recruiting and placement. Professionally interact with all levels of employees and managers on a routine basis with poise, tact and diplomacy. Responsible for administrative support activities for recruiting and placement. Will respond to changing priorities and business needs. Will assist in recruiting activities and candidate?s research, networking, database mining, etc. Uses a variety of technical tools to maintain requisition process, offer process, reference checks, job descriptions and other related recruitment functions as needed.
Tracking Process for Requisition Process
Manage offer process, reference checks, and
Develops basic knowledge and understanding of job requisition, and description for
required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants.
Develops and maintains current job descriptions.
Maintains knowledge of the volume of candidates/applicants resumes to be
generated for open positions.
Creates interviewing and prescreening questions.
Screens applicants, manages interview process.
Manages assessment test process.
Develops and maintains recruitment metric reports.
Other duties as assigned.
Demonstrates self-reliance by meeting/exceeding workflow needs.
Follows established processes as outlined by Manager.
Participates in process review and improvement with Manager.
Complete assigned duties based on daily business needs and individual skill set.
Consistently produces a high volume of quality work.
Is capable and adapts as needed to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Complete quality assurance checks.
Perform work accurately based on job functions/responsibilities, daily business
needs and individual skill set.

Has access to highly confidential data with respect to company information and customer information.
Distribution of e-mail, mail, and faxes.

Handle checks and cash when necessary.

Analytical ability to define problems or opportunities, devises solutions, and lead implementation of solutions.

Primary duties should be completed daily.
Supervision and Guidance of Personnel:

Interaction with the executive and leadership team.
Daily interaction with employees and managers.
Frequent interaction with Authors.
May have communication with others i.e. Customer Service department.
High school diploma required.
Community College or University degree preferred.
Must have at least two years? experience.
Superior knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook e-mail, Internet use, and typing skills at 50 WPM
Sufficient manual and digital dexterity to work with a computer keyboard , mouse and monitor, phone pad
May need to lift mail bins and or boxes weighing about 20-30 pounds and carry down stairs.

8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. core schedule with frequent flexibility for start and ending times. Additional hours and/or overtime depending on position and needs of the business may be required.
