About the Job
The Recruiting Coordinator will provide first-line assistance to Talent Acquisition Manager, job candidates, external staffing agencies, hiring managers and HR team members to support GreatCall's talent acquisition process. This individual will build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers in order to create a positive recruitment experience
Coordinates interview scheduling and logistics including procuring conference rooms, greeting candidates and arranging travel if applicable
Coordinates post-interview calibration meetings
Orders and monitors pre-employment background checks
Prepares and delivers offer letters and new hire packets and follows up with candidates to complete onboarding paperwork
Processes and facilitates New Hire Orientation and exit interviews as needed
Receives, reviews, and processes documents pertaining to new hires and personnel actions, verifying for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established policy and procedural requirements.
Assist with conducting phone interviews if needed
Perform other administrative duties as required to support HR team
Education: Minimum of an Associates Degree in Business or related field required.
1-2 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or HR administrative support role
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems
Proficient in using Outlook calendars/meeting applications
Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
Must be detail orientated with ability to maintain high accuracy and work quality standards.
Must have the ability to use independent judgment, make administrative and procedural decisions on sensitive, confidential information.
Must have the ability to work effectively in a team environment
This position will normally spend long periods of time in a sitting position (up to 80% of the work day). He/she may use a computer, which would involve repetitive finger, hand and wrist motion (up to 75% of the day) and require being able to see the computer screen (up to 80% of the day). Other physical exertion could involve walking, climbing stairs, lifting (up to 10lbs), stretching and bending.
