Sunrun is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and high-energy Recruiting Coordinator in our San Francisco office for a two-month contract. You will support our recruiters with the objective of efficiently and successfully organizing and coordinating high-volume interview activity.
Coordinate and scheduling all phases of the interview process.
Schedule on-site interviews, both locally as well as for remote offices across the U.S.
Confirm interview dates and details with candidates via email and/or via phone.
Communicate effectively with a diverse audience, exercising professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
Perform various administrative tasks that support the recruitment/office function.
Perform ad-hoc projects as they come up.
Help create a positive experience for all our candidates.
Source and screen candidates.
Desired Skills & Experience
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.), and Google calendar.
A minimum of 1 year of HR or staffing-related experience, preferably in a high-tech industry.
Previous experience using an applicant tracking system a plus. Experience with Newton is a plus, plus!
Must be highly internet and computer-savvy, and a quick learner.
Must have previous experience in high-volume and complex coordinator roles.
Possess exceptional customer service skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task.
