Located in Downtown Nashville and reporting the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Recruiting Coordinator provides daily support activity for recruiting including the maintenance and administration of hiring documents, new hire processes, interview coordination, requisition management and assistance with department invoicing. This role also participates in on-boarding and staffing policy and program development. NOTE: This is a contractor/temporary position.
Provides administrative and strategic support to Recruiters
Schedules and coordinates onsite interviews, phone interviews, online assessments and candidate feedback session; includes:
Reserving conference rooms
Booking travel arrangements
Partnering with executive administration to ensure interviewer availability.
Provides on-going verbal and written communication to candidates and hiring managers
Prepares and delivers offer letters; includes ensuring that the information is accurate and available to authorized personnel, upon request.
Coordinates pre-employment testing for new hires.
Works directly with new hires and internal transfer to complete all necessary paperwork with new hires and ensures all approval and requirements have been met.
Follows a strict new hire checklist to ensure all activities are complete accurately and on time
Ensures candidates and requisitions are updated appropriately within the applicant tracing system
Provides project coordination for new and ongoing recruiting initiatives to support corporate & executive recruiting. This may include career fair events, college recruiting activities, etc.
Scheduling documents and interview content is 100% accurate
Interviews are scheduled within 48 hours of request
Candidate interview satisfaction scores of >3.8
Hiring Manager satisfaction scores of >4.0
Offers are delivered to the candidate within 24 hours of request
Offer letters are 100% accurate
Pre-employment screening is initiated within 24 hours of receiving signed offer
New hire documents are completed accurately and on the first day of hire date

Skills & Qualifications
Strong track record of successfully managing and executing multiple administrative tasks with a high level of detail
Aptitude and discipline to follow strict processes and adhere to employment regulations
Knowledgeable about legal hiring practices as it relates to I-9 forms, applicant tracking and employment records
Ability to work in an efficient manner - exceptional organizational and planning discipline
Possess superior time management and prioritization skills.
Disciplined, organized and flexible individual who has the ability to modify approach and style
Has the ability to effect change where appropriate through taking a results oriented approach to resolving process issues and has a high level of persistence to overcome challenges.
