Recruiting Coordinator Guidewire Software

Recruiting coordinator will work closely with the Guidewire Recruiting team to coordinate candidate interviews globally. Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for managing professional services candidates throughout the interview process and onboarding. This includes phone and face-to-face interview scheduling and Jobvite administration.They will identify interviewers, schedule interviews, follow-up on evaluations, and administer all information in Jobvite to ensure process consistency.
Recruting Coordinator will coordinate onboarding, including new hire welcome emails, and internal training enrollment.
Selected candidate should have:
- Scheduling and coordination experience (recruiting focus preferred)
- Ability to drive process with a sense of urgency
- Heightened attention to detail
- Computer skills to include experience with Applicant Tracking, HRIS, or similar system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to represent Guidewire in a professional, positive manner.
