We need a bright, savvy, hungry Recruiting Coordinator who will be an integral part of our recruiting team. This person will support our high volume recruiting team in all aspects of the recruiting process.

Proofread job descriptions to make sure they reflect our culture & passion for higher ed, also for grammar and content
Post positions on career site & job boards quickly
Creatively & proactively source resumes for current & future openings
Conduct reference checks and employment verifications
Manage employment applications within the applicant tracking system
Coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling times for managers, coordinating conference rooms and greeting candidates upon arrival
Identifying new sources & avenues to recruit candidates
Assist with other recruiting tasks as needed

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience required; staffing experience highly preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
Experience with Google apps preferred
Experience with CRM or CMS tools preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills
Experience working with Jobvite or other applicant tracking systems
