Provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition department.
Arrange and schedule interviews for potential candidates including travel arrangements when applicable.
Submits the online investigation requests and assists with new employee background checks.
Manages new hire onboarding including collecting all required documentation, completing IT equiptment requests, and scheduling initial training.
Assist with delivery of new hire orientation.
Prepares new employee files and enters new employees into the Human Resource Information System.
Verifies I-9 documentation.
Makes photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.

Experience and Skills
1-2 years experience in the HR field
College degree preferred
Experience working in project-oriented environment
Enjoys fast-paced, dynamic and challenging environment that focuses on a team oriented approach
Highly organized and professional
Demonstrates flexibility and reliability
Proficient data entry and keyboarding skills
Customer service oriented
Self-starter who demonstrates initiative
