10gen, the MongoDB company, has a superb opportunity for a energetic and enthusiastic person to build a great career as part of its Talent Acquisition team. To keep pace with its fast growth the innovative open source company is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator. The last two individuals in this role have moved on in the organization to be our Campus Recruiter and an Associate Project Manager.You will be tasked with handling a heavy load of interview scheduling, but will also be given the opportunity to work on projects with the Head of Recruiting and the Campus Recruiter. This "foot in the door opportunity" will expose you to the fast pace world of enterprise software and presents a outstanding opportunity for somebody hungry to develop their career. We are expanding the 10gen team and you'll have an integral role in growing the company.
The ideal candidate will
Have endless amounts of energy
Have at least 6 months of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in the recruiting industry
Have had experience scheduling interviews and/or calendaring
Be genuinely interested in the recruiting field, and have big aspirations for their career
Have a Bachelor's degree from a top tier university
Have Experience with Gmail, Google Calendar and Google documents
