The candidate will have at least 2+ years experience in an administrative/coordinator role within the HR department. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in providing administrative support, operational assistance, and managing projects for the HR/staffing team.
Responsibilities:
Schedule interviews for recruiters, travel arrangements
Create reports (time to hire, source mix, etc.)
Assist with general recruitment inquiries.
Provide primary administrative support to include: compose, type, and edit correspondence and candidate communications; maintain departmental and business calendars; coordinate travel arrangements; and coordinate meetings.
Source candidates for internal recruiters.
Coordinate the employment application process to include applicant tracking, EEO data, and background checks, etc.
Job Requirements
Ability to manage multiple priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment while remaining highly detail oriented and demonstrating solid organizational skills.
Must be technologically savvy and have excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and database experience preferred). High level of comfort using numerous professional tools/applications.
Experience with an ATS system (being the administrator for adding users, update departments, deal with vendor for workflow, etc.)
