We're looking for a Recruiting Manager with previous experience in high tech, with a "forward thinking" philosophy, experience managing and staffing a contingent team of recruiters, a proven track record of establishing, communicating and improvement of key recruiting metrics and most of all experience developing successful recruiting programs to identify and hire high potential and high performing individuals.
A successful candidate will be able to attend industry events up to 2 - 3 times a week, have stellar written and verbal communication skills, will have created and conducted successful recruiting related training and is PASSIONATE about what they do and rallies and energizes those around them to exceed goals!
A 4 year degree and 3 or more years as a lead or recruiting manager is preferred, but as long as you have everything we talked about above, not a deal breaker.
