The Recruiting Operations Manager is part of the Recruiting team and reports to the Director Human Resources. The Recruiting Operations Manager will be primarily responsible for building Turn?s recruiting operations, including our social strategy, University Relations, recruiting system and process opportunities. The Recruiting Operations Manager serves as a functional point-of-contact for recruiters, managers, and team members involved in interviewing, will ensure timely updates on requisition status, and develops and maintains robust metrics to track our success. This role will collaborate closely with the entire team and cross-functional groups to provide support toward our Talent Acquisition strategies as well as providing quality measures.
Enhance and coordinate Turn?s corporate University Relations program, including the internship program
Build and implement our social online presence to attract top talent
Create and maintain our Talent Acquisition measures package to accurately track our success and identify opportunity trends
Lead the recruiting efforts to migrate to Taleo Business Edition (TBE)
Partner with Finance and other business groups to reconcile hiring to corporate hiring plans
Support the recruiting strategy to ensure Turn is positioned as a top employer
Takes on additional programs and projects related to Recruiting, as appropriate.
3-5 years direct Recruiting experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and detail oriented (ability to compile and analyze data)
Self-motivated, takes initiative and can work independently
Demonstrated ability to work on projects requiring organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast past dynamic environment
Finds innovative solutions and doesn?t accept the status quo
