Our national Recruiting Practice is expanding and were looking for experienced contract recruiters who are interested in working on a project basis, and who thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Contract Recruiting Consultant Position Overview
As a Contract Recruiting Consultant you will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment activities to meet the criteria established by the client and Capital H Group Project Manager. Project engagements will vary in duration, and will span across multiple industries and disciplines.
Collaborate with Project Managers to assess client needs, develop strategy and implement recruiting plans to meet client needs
Develop a solid understanding of the clients business objectives, industry and culture
Skillfully and rapidly fill open positions across a broad range of disciplines and industries
Proactively manage sources used to generate candidate pipeline with little supervision
Partner with recruiting team to creatively source candidates through various mechanisms, (direct, Internet, networking, referrals, research, etc..) Manage recruitment/hiring process: create job specifications, manage candidate & client communications, interview & qualify candidates, update applicant tracking system, negotiate compensation, close the candidate
Maintaining metrics and escalating issues to Project Manager as required
Qualifications and Technical Skills:
Bachelors degree or equivalent job experience
4 years recruiting experience; RPO, agency, headhunting or 3rd party recruiting
Expert knowledge of the Internet and online technologies in depth knowledge of sourcing techniques
Willingness to work on a project/contractor basis and adapt to changing work and some travel
Experience working independently and cooperatively with a wide variety of people
Ability to organize and execute work leading to a successful outcome
Ability to identify and solve client issues
Strong written and verbal communication
Exceptional internal and external customer service skills
Certifications: AIRS, or PHR a plus
