You will be responsible for building candidate pools and databases, identifying potential candidates while using cost-effective sourcing techniques to attract applicants without using external agencies. The sourcer will also evaluate the profiles of candidates and ensure that such profiles meet hiring requirements.Requirements:
? 2+ years sourcing for highly skilled positions
? Past history of generating high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines through Boolean searches, social networking, cold calling and all other resources available
? Proven know-how in all ways of sourcing hard to fill positions after all other resources have been exhausted
? Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and passive candidates
? A clear understanding of the recruiting process and the importance of the candidate experience and willingness to enhance processes to provide a stronger experience
? Experience supporting multiple functions and business units
? Applicant tracking system (JobVite preferred) experience
? Established social networking accounts
? Bachelors Degree
