This position is for a Recruiting Specialist for a rapidly growing web software company. The candidate will be responsible for effectively supporting the Recruiting team. This position will be based at BigMachines? offices in Deerfield, IL.
Please Note: Aptitude testing is required for all positions
Sourcing potential candidates for various positions
Working with universities regarding career fairs and special events
Scheduling phone and in-person interviews
Doing research on recruiting/hiring best practices
Pulling reports and analyzing data on recruiting practices
Cold-calling potential candidates to get them to apply
Adhering to all BigMachines security policies, standards and procedures in the performance of job duties
Participating in security training provided by BigMachines
Reporting any potential security weakness, exposure or suspicious indications to manager
1+ years in HR or Recruiting preferred
Ability to effectively manage and execute multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
Desire and ability to learn, improve, and grow continuously
High energy, highly motivated, and ability to work without supervision and detailed instructions
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong writing and organizational skills
Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to do whatever it takes to help a young, growing company succeed
Strong PC skills; must have experience using Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
