The Recruiting Specialist will closely partner with and support the Recruiting Manager within Athletes? Performance to identify and assess talent for high volume staffing needs, both domestic and internationally. This unique role requires energy, optimism, and top notch talent evaluation skills. The individual must be willing to work in a fast paced environment and have the ability to handle several tasks at once and remain organized.
Assists with developing a pool of ?passive? candidates through networking, cold calling, complex Internet searches, name generation, and database and internet mining.
Utilize various internet resources including but not limited to: resume databases, recruiting and search techniques such as LinkedIn, user group lists, and industry-specific online professional networks, advanced Boolean searches, blogs, and job boards.
Source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, job boards, social media outlets, and referrals.
Facilitate hiring managers with the internal requisition process from opening to close.
Responsible for posting job requisitions with various internal and external tools and resources.
Assist with screening candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, qualifications, leadership principles, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and arrange interviews between applicants and hiring managers, arranging travel and interview agendas as necessary.
Manage timely communication between candidates, hiring managers and operational team members from start to finish in the recruiting process.
Manage the staffing finalization process; generating and presenting written offers.
Represent the organization in the utmost professional manner.
Maintains effective working relationships with HR and business partners to ensure appropriate service levels are met.
Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting. Remain current with all legal and market changes impacting staffing design and hiring administration.
Bachelor?s degree required; degree in Business or Human Resources preferred.
2+ years of experience supporting HR in a sourcing and/or high volume recruiting environment.
A record of outstanding success within a service organization where innovation, collaboration and customer service are high priorities.
Professional communication and presentation skills.
Experience in Outlook, calendar management/interview coordination.
Previous experience with creative, direct sourcing, and cold calling passive candidates; conducting telephone screens; and screening resumes for designated hard to fill positions is required.
Expert skill using internet resources required, including but not limited to: Resume databases, LinkedIn, Bullhornreach.com, Twitter, Facebook, User group lists, and industry-specific online professional networks, advanced Boolean searches, blogs, and job boards.
Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems, related software applications (Microsoft Office) and ability to navigate effectively through the internet is required. Experience with Taleo is a plus.
Ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced, high volume work environment is necessity.
