Participants of Redfin?s Agent Development Program will master the tools and skills necessary for a successful career as a Redfin Real Estate Agent. You won't be thrown to the wolves, cold-calling prospects in a dog-eat-dog world. You'll be working with a team as a full-time employee with a base salary, benefits, and a career helping people fulfill their dreams in terms of buying a house or selling a house so they can move on to the next part of their dream.
What we provide: You?ll get a paid, 12-month immersion training program that takes you through each step of the Redfin way of real estate from conducting home tours and open houses to negotiating, writing contracts, winning offers and closing on homes for your clients whether they are buying or selling.
How it works: You?ll start the program by earning a real estate license. Next, you are matched up with a team and a mentor to help you build a foundation of essential real estate skills. Then you?ll be given a chance to hone these skills by working with customers as a Redfin Field Agent. You?ll continue to learn more and more skills from your mentor and the rest of your team until you?re ready to help your own customers buy and sell homes as a Redfin Real Estate Agent

Requirements:
Must at least 18 years old
A reliable mode of transportation
Previous work experience, internship or leadership within a student group or extra-curricular activity.
Soon to be or recent graduate of a 4-year accredited college or university
What You Earn: A salary! We pay for health insurance, computer equipment, cell-phone plan, mileage, training, and association fees and dues. Once you start working with customers on your own, you?ll also earn a bonus for each successful and happy customer you create.
